My name is Jake Alba, and I'm a former collegiate baseball player at the University of Southern California. Even with years experience in the game my first year as a little league coach was filled with nervous energy. I bought over $500 worth of resources DVDs and books. And still I was not satisfied with what I found. After 5 years of coaching little league in Los Angeles I wanted to share with you what I learned as a young coach and have you tap into my resources of friends who have inspired me to become a better coach and mentor.
